The data controller is SIA Feedwrk, registered in Latvia, registration number 50203768951, with its registered office at Jaunā Mežaparka iela 34-1, LV-1014, Rīga. You can reach our team at info@feedwrk.com.

Feedwrk is currently a pre-launch service. The feedwrk.com site is a waitlist and information page — we do not yet provide a paid product, and we do not require you to create an account to browse the site.

We try to collect as little as possible. The categories of personal data we may process are:

We use one optional analytics tool, Google Analytics 4, and nothing loads it until you consent. If you reject the cookie banner or ignore it, no request is made to Google and no analytics cookie is written. We use no advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking cookies. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie by name.

• Waitlist data — to email you when Feedwrk opens, send product updates, and reply to your interest.
• Contact data — to answer your question.
• Technical data — to operate the site, prevent abuse, keep logs for security, and fix problems.
• Analytics data — to see which pages are read and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site.

• Waitlist sign-up: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw this at any time by emailing us.
• Replying to your email: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running our business (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Server logs and security: our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and working (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given on the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

• Waitlist data — until launch and for up to 24 months after, unless you unsubscribe earlier.
• Email correspondence — up to 24 months after our last message, then deleted.
• Server logs — up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymised.
• Analytics data — up to 14 months in Google Analytics; the cookie itself lasts up to 2 years or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the site, acting as our processors under written contracts:

We may also share data if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights — but only the minimum needed.

Some of our processors are based outside the EU/EEA. When data leaves the EU/EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms to keep it protected.

We use HTTPS, access controls, encrypted storage where applicable, and limit who on our team can see waitlist data. No system is 100% secure — if we ever have a breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.

If we hold personal data about you, you can ask us to:

• Confirm what data we have and give you a copy (right of access)
• Correct it if it is wrong (rectification)
• Delete it (erasure / "right to be forgotten")
• Restrict how we use it
• Receive it in a portable format (data portability)
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent you previously gave (this does not affect processing before the withdrawal)

To exercise any of these, email info@feedwrk.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local EU data protection authority — for example, in Latvia, this is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), www.dvi.gov.lv.

Feedwrk is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on the waitlist email or on the site before they take effect.
