Cookie Policy

Last updated: 15 August 2026Effective: 15 August 2026

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. This page explains which cookies and similar technologies feedwrk.com uses, why, and how you can control them.

Short version: feedwrk.com uses one optional tool — Google Analytics — to understand how the site is used. It stays switched off until you accept it, and you can change your mind at any time. Everything else we set is strictly necessary. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels.

1. What we use

NameTypePurposeLifetime
fw_consent Strictly necessary Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we do not ask again 6 months
Session cookie (if used) Strictly necessary Keeps a waitlist submission from being sent twice Deleted when you close the browser
_ga, _ga_<id> Analytics — optional, off by default Google Analytics 4: counts visits and shows which pages are read. Set only after you accept Up to 2 years

"Strictly necessary" means the cookie or storage is required for the site to work or to do something you specifically asked for. Under EU ePrivacy rules, these do not require consent.

The analytics row is different: it requires your consent, so nothing in it is set — and no request is made to Google at all — until you press Accept. If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is written.

2. What we do not use

  • Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Google Ads tags
  • Cross-site advertising cookies
  • Third-party chat or session-replay scripts
  • Any analytics beyond the single Google Analytics 4 property described above

Google Analytics runs with Google Consent Mode v2 and all storage denied by default. We never send it your name, email address, or anything you type into a form.

If we add anything else, we will update this page first and ask you again before it loads.

3. How to control cookies

Analytics is off unless you turn it on. To change your answer at any time, open Cookie settings — it is also in the footer of every page. Choosing Reject deletes the analytics cookies straight away and stops the Google script being loaded on any later page you visit.

You can also delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings:

We also honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track: if your browser sends either signal and you have not answered the banner, analytics stays off.

Blocking cookies or local storage may stop the site from remembering that you already sent a waitlist request, or that you answered the cookie banner, but nothing else on the site will break.

4. Server logs

Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs of requests (IP address, time, URL, user-agent). These are kept for security and debugging and are deleted after a short period. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Changes

If we add new cookies or trackers, this page will be updated before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the most recent version.
