Questions, answered.
Two sides of the same catalogue - pick yours. Everything here is what we'd tell you on the call.
Does it work with my store?
Shopify and WooCommerce connect out of the box. Magento and BigCommerce are on the roadmap. On something else? Tell us - cohort #1 shapes what we build next.
What happens once I connect my store?
Your catalogue syncs straight from your platform - no re-keying, no CSV wrangling - and the auditor maps your losses on day one.
- Channel Feed Generator puts every product on every channel, in the right format.
- Add the modules your market needs - Translator, SEO Writer, Campaigns.
- Connect published brand catalogues - stock them wholesale or dropship them.
How much of the setup do we do ourselves?
In cohort #1, none of it alone. We map your catalogue and channels with you on a call rather than handing you a login and a help article - that's what the first cohort is.
We already use a feed or PIM tool - does this replace it?
If a built-in export or a basic feed tool is all you have, Feedwrk replaces it and does much more. If you run a dedicated PIM, Feedwrk sits after it - whatever your source of truth is, we take that catalogue to every channel, market, AI assistant and retailer.
What does it cost?
Self-serve plans scale by catalogue size: €49/mo for up to 1,000 products, €149/mo up to 5,000, and €349/mo up to 20,000. Catalogue sync, the marketplace and channel feeds are included, and each plan carries enough AI credits to enrich its whole catalogue every month — 1,000, 5,000 and 20,000 products. Need more in a month? Extra credits are €15 per 1,000. Annual billing saves 10%; prices exclude VAT. Larger catalogues or custom workflows are Enterprise, value-based from €1,000/mo, and agencies running several stores get 15-30% off. You can scan your store free before you commit. Full pricing.
What if we're bigger than 20,000 products?
That's Enterprise - from €1,000/mo, unlimited catalogue and channels, with custom modules built around your workflow. It's value-based: you don't pay per product or per seat.
Do you have agency or partner pricing?
Yes. Register as an agency, add your clients under one workspace, and manage them all from a single login. Every client account gets a partner discount that grows with how many you run - −15% at 3+, up to −30% at 16+ - billed to you in one monthly invoice. Enterprise-size clients are quoted separately.
Can we start small and move up later?
Yes. Grow into Enterprise when scale, new channels or a custom need calls for it. Nothing to migrate - your catalogue, connections and data stay put.
Which channels can we publish to?
One catalogue in, every channel's format out - Google Shopping, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok, with the fields each channel actually accepts.
Can we sell into other markets and languages?
The AI Translator produces product content in every market's language - titles, descriptions, units and sizes localised for the shelf they sell from, not word-for-word translated.
How do we know what's missing?
The auditor scans your catalogue against every channel's requirements and prices the gap - what's missing, where, and what recovering it is worth. Run the free scan.
Do we keep control of our data?
Yes - you own the source of truth. You publish once and set the rules; every connected channel and retailer reads from your catalogue, never a copy they can edit.
Who's Feedwrk for - brands or retailers?
Both, off the same catalogue. Brands (suppliers) publish once and reach every retailer and market. Retailers connect their store to sell more of their range on more channels - and to source new brands to stock.
Is it really free for suppliers and brands?
Yes - listing and publishing your catalogue is free, with no product cap and no time limit. The stores that distribute your products are the paying side: they buy a plan by their own catalogue size.
You'd only ever pay us if you wanted the paid modules for your own catalogue - enrichment, channel feeds, campaigns - and none of them are a condition of being listed or found.
What does publishing actually involve?
In cohort #1 we onboard you by hand. Your catalogue becomes the source of truth, and every product gets its passport - stamped for every market: identity, languages, formats, structure AI can read.
What is a product passport?
A passport is a standard identity that lets a product cross any border. Feedwrk stamps each one with what each market demands:
- Feed-complete data. GTIN, sizes, materials - the fields the channels actually accept.
- Every market's language. Descriptions translated, units and sizes localised.
- Right format per channel. One catalogue, exported the way each channel wants it.
Which categories are you taking first?
Home & Living brands first - other categories after. Cohort #1 is 20 places, and every one gets set up by hand.
How do retailers find us?
Through your marketplace profile - retailers find you by category, market and terms, then connect. Every new retailer that joins is reach you didn't have to win yourself.
What do connected retailers see?
Real-time price and stock, straight from your catalogue - no inbox tax, ever. Update once and every connected store is current.
What about channel conflict?
You decide which retailers and markets can carry each line - per collection, per market. Doors open on your terms.
Do we keep control of our data?
Yes - you own the source of truth. You publish once and set the rules; every connected channel and retailer reads from your catalogue, never a copy they can edit.
What's on the roadmap?
Product translation, dropship orders & invoicing, and more modules are in build. Cohort #1 helps shape what we ship first.
Are we committing to anything by applying?
No. Applying puts you in the queue - nothing more. Apply for cohort #1 and we'll reply either way.
Ask us directly - small team, no ticket queue, and we answer within one working day.
