Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of feedwrk.com (the "Site") and our waitlist sign-up. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Feedwrk
The Site is operated by SIA Jursons, registered in Latvia, registration number 40103425294, with its registered office at Jaunā Mežaparka iela 34-1, LV-1014, Rīga ("Feedwrk", "we", "us").
Feedwrk is currently in pre-launch. The Site describes our planned product and lets visitors join a waitlist. No paid product is offered through the Site at this time.
2. Allowed use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal or business purposes that are legal and reasonable. You may not:
- Use the Site in a way that breaks any law or another person's rights.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the Site's security.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish the Site or its content without our written permission.
- Use automated tools to flood the waitlist with fake sign-ups.
- Send harmful code, spam, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing.
We may block or restrict access at any time if these rules are broken.
3. Waitlist and communications
When you join the waitlist, you give us your email address (and optionally other details) so we can contact you about Feedwrk's launch, product updates, and early-access offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing kaspars@jursons.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Joining the waitlist does not create any contract for paid services and does not guarantee that you will be offered access to the product.
4. No account, no paid service yet
The Site does not currently let you create a user account, place orders, or pay for anything. When paid services become available, separate terms will apply and we will publish them on the Site.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, design, and the Feedwrk name and brand, is owned by SIA Jursons or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our prior written permission.
If you send us feedback or ideas about the product, you agree that we can use them without owing you anything and without any obligation to you.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, social media, partner pages, or documentation). We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. You access them at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate, and we do not guarantee any particular result from joining the waitlist.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including, where relevant, your consumer rights under EU law and the law of your country of residence.
9. Changes to the Site or these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time. We may also update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the most recent version. If we make material changes, we will flag them on the Site or by email before they take effect.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Rīga, Latvia, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a case in your own country.
